WHE New Student Registration

 

1. Driver's licence OR Picture ID of primary residential parent

2. Certified Birth Certificate (NOT Mother's copy)

3. 2 Proofs of Residency in primary residential parent's name (lease, mortgage, utility bill, ect.)

4. TN State shot record w/ physical

5. Custody Papers (if applicable)

 

 

We strongly suggest completing printing and completing the required Sumner County forms and the health form. Don't forget to do the registration on SKYWARD. For help with our SKYWARD platform click here.
